this is our new baby niece. her name is katherine riian abrego. She was 8lbs. 13 oz, and 21.5 inches. She was born October 1, 2005 @ 1336. She's a sweet kid, but not much for conversation.

Hi Everyone!! These were from my company picnic at Mission Bay in San Diego. Ben and Caleb entered the hula hoop contest and Ben won!!! We had a great time. It was bright and sunny (about 85 F), good food and good company!

Just an update

Hi everyone,

Well another event has come and gone and I forgot to take pictures!!! We spent the weekend with Misha at a friend's pool and had a great time. Thanks Mish!!! Anyways, just a little update, Ben starts classes this week, his pursuit in criminal justice (and a degree!!). We will know in November what is going on with Ben in the military, ie whether he is going to Iraq, a new unit, a new base, etc. Keep us in your prayers. We will be going up to Big Bear Lake Labor Day weekend for our very first family "mini" vacation!! Ben's birthday falls on Labor Day this year so it works out perfectly to get away for the weekend, take Caleb up to the mountains and have a really nice relaxing time. Misha and Nick are joining us, and we will be taking a lot of pics!! This weekend we are going to the pastor's house for a bbq, hopefully I'll remember the camera!!
